Rebecca is the best family law attorney I've ever encountered. She's very personable and goes out of her way to accommodate any situation that came up during my custody case. Any question I asked of her; she came with the answer within the same hour or at the most the same day. Preparing for court is... always a lot to deal with but she is so prompt and tedious to the smallest of details that no question went unanswered in court. She communicated with me EVERY step of the way. No matter if it was late at night or early in the morning. Even when she was out of the office she still managed to fit my life into hers. I am very appreciative and grateful to have such a professional lawyer like her standing beside me in court! Rebecca was great. She completed my PSA after only talking to me on the phone for 20 minutes. She incorporated everything I wanted and sent it out quickly for signatures. I held off on the divorce papers for a year because of circumstances. I emailed Rebecca a year after she completed the PSA a...nd asked her to file for my divorce. Ms. Zimmerman provided me with unmatched service in drafting a modification to my Child Custody Agreement with my ex wife. She was gracious and helpful with my seemingly unusual case. The original agreement that I had provided me with little to no time with my son and made it a difficult, uphill bat...tle to fight in getting more time. Rebecca helped me negotiate with my ex wife's attorney and ensured that the opposing side did not pull the wool over our eyes. She attempted to hide accurate costs and information about my son's daycare and his medical insurance, to no avail. Several times during the course of negotiations, my ex wife showed her spitefulness and unwillingness to cooperate. Furthermore, my ex continued to be motivated by money, demanding more child support and went as far as to subpoena records from my employer to get information about my financials. Rebecca handled these situations with ease and grace. During the course of modification, Rebecca provided outstanding legal guidance as well as ensuring that my legal costs were efficiently managed for me throughout the process. In the end, we signed a modified agreement that included much more regular and holiday time and an accurate recalculation of Child Support. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with at the firm was great during this very difficult time. I appreciate all that was done for my family.
