Ms. Zimmerman provided me with unmatched service in drafting a modification to my Child Custody Agreement with my ex wife. She was gracious and helpful with my seemingly unusual case. The original agreement that I had provided me with little to no time with my son and made it a difficult, uphill bat...tle to fight in getting more time. Rebecca helped me negotiate with my ex wife's attorney and ensured that the opposing side did not pull the wool over our eyes. She attempted to hide accurate costs and information about my son's daycare and his medical insurance, to no avail. Several times during the course of negotiations, my ex wife showed her spitefulness and unwillingness to cooperate. Furthermore, my ex continued to be motivated by money, demanding more child support and went as far as to subpoena records from my employer to get information about my financials. In the end, we signed a modified agreement that included much more regular and holiday time and an accurate recalculation of Child Support.
