Biography
Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, I have been practicing law for twenty-nine years. I live in Henrico County with my wife and college-age son. Our comforatble and pleasant office in Midlothian is a great place to work, and our attorneys and staff work hard to give great client service and professional representation.
When I'm not practicing personal injury and bankruptcy law, I can be seen performing as Patrick Henry at St. John's Church in Richmond, or at Historic Hanover Courthouse, interpreting the great Virgina patriot and trial lawyer for modern audiences. I have given numerous public speaking engagements over the last several years as Mr. Henry.

Michael is a great lawyer and great advisor. Our case was a bit unusual since we have an LLC and our personal stuff so it dragged on for 7 months but Michael stuck with it, kept us informed every step of the way and never asked for any additional payments beyond what was agreed to up front.
