Biography
I attended Randolph-Macon College for my undergraduate degree (this is also where I met my lovely wife) and Widener University School of Law for my Juris Doctorate degree. I specialize in Estate Planning & Estate Administration: Wills, Trusts, Probate Administration, Trust Administration and Asset Protection. I additionally assist clients in the field of Business Law. I work with my partners and staff at Johnson, Gasink & Baxter, LLP to protect my clients, their family, their businesses, and their wealth. I enjoy speaking as an estate planning expert and I am a certified continuing education instructor on related topics. I am married with two young children and I have two very energetic Labrador Retrievers. Outside of work, my hobbies include fishing, boating, camping, snowboarding, sporting clays, as well as anything else that can keep me outdoors.

Spencer Baxter was very easy to work with. We previously had separate trusts which neither my husband nor myself understood. He prepared a joint family trust and took the time and made sure we understood everything. We feel very relieved and assured that our wishes have been laid out as planned.
