Mr. Baxter and his associates did a good job putting together a Living Trust for my wife and me. He did a thorough job explaining all the intricacies inherent in a trust and the benefits of that method of estate planning versus a will. He took the time to answer all of our questions and at no time ...did we feel rushed or hurried. We recommend Mr. Baxter without any hesitation.

We have had our trust done and revised 3 times. This is the first time we felt that all details of a well constructed trust was considered and covered. Spencer met with us twice. The first was on a Zoom call where we discussed what we needed and details about each aspect of the trust. He explai...ned pros and cons and made recommendations that he felt would be best for our family trust. The second time we met in person to sign the documents for the trust. My children are not able to carry out the duties of a trustee so having Spencer act as the successor trustee was a great relief.
