Received a reckless driving ticket while I was in VA and being from FL didn't want to have go back to VA for the court appearance. This whole reckless driving business is a bit confusing because I'm from out of state. Mr. Rakness returned my call promptly and took the time to go over the odds of getting my charge reduced or dismissed. Though Mr. Rakness had another engagement for the date of my court appearance he kindly took an... hour or so of his time to speak with me over the phone about my case. He sent me the defense he typically uses for cases like this in case I jdecided to represent myself.
