My son received a reckess driving citation (misdeamenor) in AUG 2019 in Madison County, VA and upon doing my own research, I have decied to choose Mr. Rakness as my son's legal counsil. He got my son off with at a reduced citation of speeding with only $200 fine + court cost. This is the first time (and hopefully last) I have ever needed an attorney. I was wary about having to contact one as I have a bad impression of attorneys and did not want to pay an exorbinant amount of money for services I wasn't sure I needed. The morning of the trial, he was able to get the prosecutor and judge to agree to a lesser charge - which just carried a simple fine - rather than jail time or license suspension which were possible outcomes.
