While Larry Miller is an attorney who has a varied background in legal issues; I employ you to seek out a firm with actual bankruptcy lawyers...we filed a chapter 13 with this firm, and we continue to be frustrated. Our case has primarily been handled by the firm's "bankruptcy division manager," and ...he is not a licensed bankruptcy lawyer, but rather a support person. We have struggled to get clear cut info and answers when questions arise unless Mr. Miller happens to be available to field things. As I understand it, there are only two attorneys within this firm, so your case may be handled by support folks rather than an attorney excpet for court appearances and such. We should have read the peer reviews first!

This Firm had the most knowledgeable staff and Attorney I have ever met with in regards to bankruptcy. They all treated me as if my problem was different and special to them. I was about to loss my house but they stopped the foreclosure in less then one day. They then helped me obtain a loan modif...ication and they also was able to get rid of my second mortgage.
