Marshall Slayton has the highest legal rating possible (Preeminent) for legal skills and ethical standards, as voted by his legal peers on Martindale-Hubbell. With 24 years of bankruptcy experience, he listens to his clients, develops a clear plan of action for their particular circumstances, and helps them solve their financial problems. Mr. Slayton's philosophy is that that a bankruptcy lawyer should not only provide excellent legal advice, but also offer compassion and encouragement to his clients.
