Good Elder Law Attorney w/ some Special Needs experience, too.

Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with Elder Law to the table. My wife and I were updating our wills, durable powers of attorney, advance medical directives. Also, we were having a TOD Deed prepared property to transfer a house to my daughter. Our family situation is complex since w...e have a special needs autistic adult son. The product that Matt and his staff produced took some time to prepare but the final product definitely meets our needs. Matt has considerable experience working with the Special Needs population, having worked with CCT in the past, and that experience was useful in this process. Matt's staff, particularly Tracy, was quite helpful in the process as well.

Great lawyer, great advice

We are in our 50s and needed to rewrite our wills and other legal documents. Matt's advice for us was great, and service was fast and complete. We also consulted with him for our mothers and their situations. The consultation was a great way to get accurate information about estate planning options i...n a timely manner. More than worth the fee.

Very pleased.

Mr. Sunderlin prepared a will and accompanying documents for us. We were very pleased with his work and with the law office.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
