Good Elder Law Attorney w/ some Special Needs experience, too.

Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with Elder Law to the table. My wife and I were updating our wills, durable powers of attorney, advance medical directives. Also, we were having a TOD Deed prepared property to transfer a house to my daughter. Our family situation is complex since w...e have a special needs autistic adult son. The product that Matt and his staff produced took some time to prepare but the final product definitely meets our needs. Matt has considerable experience working with the Special Needs population, having worked with CCT in the past, and that experience was useful in this process. Matt's staff, particularly Tracy, was quite helpful in the process as well.

Mr. Sunderlin is an excellent resource for elder law. He treated us like family in working with our elderly parents. He is very familiar with the needs of our aging community and is caring and concerned about what is best for your family. He really 'gets it'.

Excellent elder law attorney

Other than his rude assistant Tracy, our experience with Mr. Sunderline's law practice was good. He is an excellent elder law attorney. He was knowledgeable, patient, answered all our questions and gave outstanding advice.
