Shelly Renee Collette

Ms. Collette failed to appear for 2 court cases one was my trial date. When she did decide to show up she was always at least an hour late. She never returned one phone call that was made I had to track her down at her residence/office, but she never had any information for me. I ended up having to ...hire new counsel that cost me a lot of money on top of the money in which she was paid. She way over charged and did nothing for me! I am very disappointed with her services and I do not recommend and would not refer to ANYONE!

Shelly worked tirelessly in our case to get opposing counsel and several judges to see the importance of a Father in his children's lives. She was a strong voice for the children, by recognizing that children need their fathers for more than shelling out money. She never stopped trying and she showed... so much compassion and integrity throughout the painful ordeal. We will always be grateful for her hard work, yes, but her kindness.

Shelly is a true professional! Articulate and savvy, Shelly has the right mix of lion and lamb, she is fearless when she needs to be, and soft and kind when the situation calls for it. Shelly defended me in a child custody case where the opposing attorney and her client both lied and asked the childr...en to lie. She encouraged me to stay above the "ugly" and she would deal with the rest. And she delivered. Shelly is well connected to the right outside professionals and was able to bring in the right experts to assist us. I would also like to mention that Shelly, unlike previous attorneys did not gouge us with legal fees, she was aware of our budget and never took advantage of us in any way! If you want an attorney who will fight FAIR for you, I highly recommend Ms. Collette.
