Shelly Renee Collette

Ms. Collette failed to appear for 2 court cases one was my trial date. When she did decide to show up she was always at least an hour late. She never returned one phone call that was made I had to track her down at her residence/office, but she never had any information for me. I ended up having to ...hire new counsel that cost me a lot of money on top of the money in which she was paid. She way over charged and did nothing for me! I am very disappointed with her services and I do not recommend and would not refer to ANYONE!

Shelly is a true professional! Articulate and savvy, Shelly has the right mix of lion and lamb, she is fearless when she needs to be, and soft and kind when the situation calls for it. Shelly defended me in a child custody case where the opposing attorney and her client both lied and asked the childr...en to lie. She encouraged me to stay above the "ugly" and she would deal with the rest. And she delivered. Shelly is well connected to the right outside professionals and was able to bring in the right experts to assist us. I would also like to mention that Shelly, unlike previous attorneys did not gouge us with legal fees, she was aware of our budget and never took advantage of us in any way! I spoke with shelly about my son's case. very long story and i don't want to go into much detail. but i will say she is the most kind hearted woman i have ever met. she gave great advice and helped me prepare not only in court with evidence but also mentally and emotionally for future court appearanc...es. she answered all of my questions, even if i had already asked. she was also very informative. she made a rough time in my life, not be as bumpy as expected. and even though i ended up not needing to hire her in the end, i will always keep her in mind for future references. thank you so much shelly.

With my child custody/divorce case Shelly used the nice guy approach, which at first I didn't understand. But saw why later on. While the other party and his lawyer were taking what I consider the wrong approach she wasn't moved nor did she stoop to their level or back down. She kept me highly inform...ed of everything involving my case, even when I asked her the same question a million times. The other parties were throwing everything they possibly could at me and I was losing faith, Shelly turned it all around.
