Biography
My practice areas include criminal, traffic and DUI, custody and visitation, and child support. I particularly enjoy representing individuals charged with drug-related offenses -- including possession and distribution related cases -- and cases that present fourth-amendment evidentiary issues. Additionally, I have represented many children as a Guardian ad Litem. I pride myself on open and thorough communication with my clients. My top priority in any case is to ensure that my client fully understands the proceedings and is making an educated decision as to how to proceed. I am a trial lawyer who spends the majority of my time in the courtroom.

Great lawyer
Martin is the best. He knows the laws off the top of his head. He got 3 charges dismissed due to technicalities. He’s a bull in the courtroom. Reminds me of the movie roadhouse. I thought you’d be bigger. Lol
