The best in Virginia attorney, lawyer, friend and above all a great HUMAN

Accidentally i was trapped in a misdemeanor, having no experience of courts in life, me and my wife were extremely stressed and shocked. After random brief research over google we reached to Mr Gerardo. nice of him, that out of his busy schedule on friday late evening he met us listened and accepted our case with amazing confidence. The amount of confidence and body language we saw in him at the court room , while talking with concerned deputy, prosecutors was just far above par. During the course of entire case i.e 4 month he remained in very close communication with us which was pleasantly surprising ,contrary to most of the attorneys , who normally are not accessible after receiving there fee. He had been extremely super efficient in reaching the officers on our behalf and seeking desired requirements. He was very tactful and smart in guarding our interests while negotiating with the other party. A great humane , we sincerely pray to God he may rise high in his career and God may continue bestowing his blessings upon him and his family. If we had a choice to give him 100 stars , those would have even be less for such a loving and caring human being.

Mr. DelGado sat down with me the first time we met and looked at my case in which he explained he believed he could help. He thought he could get a petty theft charge dropped because in actuality I was innocent as well as a possession of marijuana charge lowered to a possession of paraphernalia. In the end he completely succeeded in doing both with no community service served to me and my drivers license in tact. If I ever am in need of legal assistance I will definitely be returning to him and I would highly recommend his services to everyone. Incredible manners, very nice, and very professional if he’s one your case your in excellent hands.

So grateful!

I've never dealt with anything court related until recently and Gerardo made this whole process less of a headache. He helped me understand everything that was going on which calmed my nerves about everything so much. He's always quick to respond as well. Exceptional

At Consultation (very reasonable fee), Mr.DelGado was very attentive to every detail I said to him about my case. He then gave me a very clear and confident road map as to what the possible outcomes could be. He asked questions to see if I could give him certain proofs to substantiate defense arguments. It was all very matter of fact and really left no room for mystery or unnecessary worry and anxiety. He did all of this before I paid his fees to hire him. That being said, I was positively confident that he could manage my defense, obviously better than I could on my own. At Trial, Mr. DelGado had an apparent mutually respectful, good natured relationship with all parties of the Court. Everything went as consuled and in closing with us, he was very attentive again as to how we felt and made sure we understood the judgement and next steps. I'd hire him again!

Couldnt be happier with the outcome!

Gerardo persistently worked with the DA to get a fitting result, where the punishment fits the crime. I was looking at much worse and a DA insistent throwing the book at me. Gerardo knew what was important to me and got a result thats best for me, and my family in the long run. Communication is always key and Gerardo always answered emails and calls, it was a joint ownership of my case I didnt hesitate to call and email leading up to important dates and Gerardo always answered and worked with all the information and tools at his disposal. While I hope to never need his services again, I will highly recommend him to all!
