Child custody can be very challenging and emotional for all involved. However, I could not have asked for a better attorney! John Bryant represented me in my child custody case. I am in the military and stationed on the West coast. After only a few months on the West coast, my wife took our son an...d returned to VA. I retained Mr. Bryant to represent me. From the initial teleconference, Mr. Bryant was genuinely concerned for me and my son and was committed to getting a favorable outcome. Throughout the process, Mr. Bryant was in constant communication with me via phone calls and emails. He was patient and honest. I felt he believed in me. Even when I felt like giving up, Mr. Bryant remained committed. In my opinion, opposing counsel was not interested in the best interest of my son. She was seeking what I thought was unreasonable (very limited) visitation between my son and I as well as limited visitation with my son and my father, if my son was to remain in VA with his mother. I've never been involved in a trial before, but I have to say, Mr. Bryant was everything in the courtroom I thought an attorney should be.
