Jason Pelt graduated from Samford University in 2000 and has been practicing law in the Stafford County area since 2005. Before coming to Stafford County, Jason was an active duty member of the of United States Marine Corps serving as a Staff Judge Advocate stationed at Marine Corps Base Quantico and Marine Barracks 8th & I, Washington, D.C. Currently Jason handles criminal matters and civil litigation matters involving landlord /tenants, consumer law, personal injury, and other civil litigation matters.
Jason is married to Tracee Pelt and they have four children. When not in the courtroom, Jason can be found camping with his family, spectating on the various sports fields in Stafford, or supporting local youth theater. Jason and Tracee worship at Calvary Chapel of Fredericksburg.
