My experience with Jason Pelt was extremely disappointing. After paying in full, we had almost no communication for nearly two months, and an associate appeared at a hearing without any advance notice. Our calls and emails often went unanswered, and we never received a clear explanation of the stra...tegy for the case. This was a mental-health crisis situation, and although we provided medical records, they were not meaningfully used or discussed. At the plea hearing, the explanation given to the judge did not reflect the mental-health information we had provided, which was very distressing for us. We also felt pressured into accepting a felony plea without being given a full discussion of alternatives. Overall, the representation felt unprepared, uncommunicative, and dismissive of important information. Do not make the same mistake we did…pitch and ditch!!

Don’t waste your money, time or emotions on this completely incompetent “attorney”. Paid $1500 and he didn’t even know the motion he filed in the court. The judge had to remind him of what he filed. The motion he filed had nothing to do with the reason we were there. Pelt was incompetent, confused a...nd weak. Do not hire this person !!!

Had a consultation. They suggested I do some leg work before moving forward, which I did. Then I tried to set up a meeting to continue the process. After being ghosted for two weeks, one of the "Partners" took the phone call and stated they were refusing to represent me with a very rude and condescen...ding attitude.

HORRIBLE LAWYER ! If you like hiring a Lawyer that looks and acts expensive Jason pelt is your guy, "this is easy" was his words, but lost the case and all he had to say was "its a tough day at the court" and walked away, costing us 70k + in expense. Absolutely HORRIBLE LAWYER, & his charges are the... worsts. Doesn’t care about his clients, no preparation whatsoever, the money you have for him is the only thing that really matters, you will LOSE with Norton Pelt, PLC

Attorney Pelt failed to represent me for my case...in fact it seemed as if he was representing the other party...did absolutely nothing he promised...and now it's been almost 2 months and I'm still waiting for my settlement check...I would not recommend him to anyone hiring him was a complete loss an...d waste of time
