Eric Bradley Stone

 Eric B. Stone is a distinguished attorney and former U.S. Marine with extensive experience in military law. As a judge advocate general, he defended cases involving courts martial, Article 32 investigations, and other military legal matters, including AWOL, desertion, and security clearance issues. Practicing in Stafford, Virginia, Eric handles a variety of local cases, including DUI, assault, harassment, juvenile offenses, and civilian divorces. He is particularly committed to supporting military families in divorce and family law issues, such as child support and protective orders. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University (1986) and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law. He is also a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. In recognition of his service, he was awarded a Meritorious Service Medal in 2003 and served as a judge at the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals from 2005 to 2007.
