OUTCOME: Lower court reversed - sailor had reasonable expectation of privacy in his night stand and cocaine found there should have been suppresed.

Appeal to the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. Issue was whether or not sailor had a reasonable expectation of privacy in his nightstand in a Navy barracks room.
