Exemplary Service

I just want to praise Nathanael Ward Buczek for the way he handled my son's case. My son was charged with a Felony 18.2-57 [L.E. Officer]. This is a serious charge. Mr. Buczek handled his case, being thorough and concise. Mr. Buczek kept us informed as the case made its way through the justice sy...stem. He answered all of our questions, painting a verbal picture we could understand. Our son is Bipolar and Skitzo Effective. Mr. Buczek was very knowledgeable with this condition and knew how to handle this case in a Court Room setting. Because of the complexities of this illness Mr. Buczek was able to get the correct evaluations and facts of my son's past and present condition. Our case was subsequently Nolle Prosequi.
