Saved my career!

Mr. Buczek literally saved my career from a false accusation of assault and battery. He clearly and concisely analyzed all the evidence and was able to pick apart the holes in the false accusation. Fantastic litigator!!

Sincere and professional

Perfect choice !

I received several citations, some with extenuating circumstances while driving back from New York To North Carolina and was cited in Stafford Virginia. I had multiple choices of attorneys to call, ones of my own choosing and ones that solicited me via mail. I called one attorney, left a message with... details and did not hear back for several hours. In the interim, I had called Mr. Buczek's office, was initially greeted by a sweet and bright receptionist named Maya, who transferred me to Mr. Buczek who picked right up. He listened to me rather than trying to "sell me" and even advised me to feel free to "shop around". There was no pressure. After explaining my situation, he offered me several possible scenarios of outcomes, never Gilding the lily but being realistic. He was very realistic and very patient and I was most impressed with his compassion and genuine desire to assist me, not just service me for a fee. We discussed his fee which was quite reasonable and I knew then and there that I had found the right person for the job. Long story short, we spoke a few minutes ago after he appeared in court on my behalf, and possible fines and other ancillary ramifications such as a record due to one of the charges being classified as a felony and points on my driving record were all dismissed and I will end up paying a total of 92.00 including court costs and no permanent residual damage to my insurance, driving record, etc. I cannot thank Mr. Buczek and his staff enough for their professionalism, incredibly fast response times with communication and most of all, RESULTS. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Buczek and his firm to anyone from my parents to a perfect stranger. Sometimes we get lucky in life and this was certainly one of those times for me.

Exemplary Service

I just want to praise Nathanael Ward Buczek for the way he handled my son's case. My son was charged with a Felony 18.2-57 [L.E. Officer]. This is a serious charge. Mr. Buczek handled his case, being thorough and concise. Mr. Buczek kept us informed as the case made its way through the justice sy...stem. He answered all of our questions, painting a verbal picture we could understand. Our son is Bipolar and Skitzo Effective. Mr. Buczek was very knowledgeable with this condition and knew how to handle this case in a Court Room setting. Because of the complexities of this illness Mr. Buczek was able to get the correct evaluations and facts of my son's past and present condition. Our case was subsequently Nolle Prosequi. The case never made it to a Grand Jury or Circuit Court. Mr. Buczek, a job well done. He'll be our 'go-too Attorney' in the future!
