When I moved out of a home I was renting the property manager sent me and a co-signer a bill demanding over $3,000 in rent for time beyond the lease, utilities that should've been shut off, and ordinary wear and tear like "repainting the walls." An inspector didn't visit the property until over a wee...k after we left. Furthermore we were contacted by a debt collector who demanded this payment from the both of us. No attempt was made by either parties to discuss this bill or the reason why we were being charged in the first place. Mr. Liles' first letter to the property manager resulted in them finally sending a bill outlining what we owed and why. His second letter explained how the manager's failure to respond in a timely manner meant we were not responsible for their demands. The manager offered half their original asking price. Mr. Liles' third letter resulted in the manager dropping the bill completely. Mr. Liles is very knowledgeable and direct. He responded to calls morning and night and was quick to update us on the situation. I do not hesitate to recommend him.
