When I moved out of a home I was renting the property manager sent me and a co-signer a bill demanding over $3,000 in rent for time beyond the lease, utilities that should've been shut off, and ordinary wear and tear like "repainting the walls." His second letter explained how the manager's failure to respond in a timely manner meant we were not responsible for their demands. The manager offered half their original asking price. Mr. Liles' third letter resulted in the manager dropping the bill completely. Mr. Liles is very knowledgeable and direct. He responded to calls morning and night and was quick to update us on the situation. I do not hesitate to recommend him.
