However, a lawyer’s duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions and in an abundance of caution, I do not feel at liberty to respond in a point-by-point fashion in this forum. Suffice it to say that I do not believe that this post presents a fair and accurate picture of the events. My reputation and integrity are of the utmost importance to me and I have not and would not intentionally mislead anyone. In all of my engagements, I work hard to provide competent, compassionate, caring, and efficient representation. Part of doing that is providing frank counseling regarding not only what is permissible in any given matter but also what outcomes are likely given the facts presented. I believe that my prior cases and client feedback show that I am fully dedicated to providing all of my clients with excellent and effective representation.
