Yalda Hajavi

My experience working with Yalda Hajavi was beyond a sigh of relief. Before our first meeting, I remember how hopeless my case seemed at one point; I did not have a clear path forward, and my employer’s attempt to secure a H1B visa was coming to an impasse. I am deeply honored and humbled to have my (NIW) I-140 case approved by USCIS due to the hard work and diligence of Yalda Hajavi.
