Biography
I am a dedicated immigration attorney, focused primarily on business/employment-based immigration. Prior to pursuing my passion in immigration law, I worked as a commercial litigator, where I had the opportunity to enhance my research and advocacy skills. While I focus my practice primarily on business immigration (EB-1-1, EB-2 NIW, O-1, PERM cases), I also work with family-based cases (family-based I-130s, J-waivers, I-601A waivers) and asylum matters. I strongly believe in providing empathetic legal advice to each client, and in evaluating each issue on a case-by-case basis.
