Yalda Hajavi

I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Yalda by my friend and colleague who's also one of her former clients. When I initially reached out to Yalda as an early career STEM professional, my record of achievements was flimsy. Despite this, Yalda took on my case. Over the following 18 months, we... tirelessly worked on various aspects of documentations as my career progressed. Yalda, along with her intern Hooman, had very diligently prepared my EB2-NIW petition. Yalda went out of her way and spent lots of time and effort researching on the significance of my field of expertise and personal records in order to concisely articulate my NIW petition's framing in the narrative of the Three Prongs, supported by diverse, ample evidence including recent news articles, government policies, and historical contexts. Yalda and her team's expertise was instrumental in my NIW's approval! In my experience working with Yalda, I felt a deep passion from her towards her work. She cares about her clients and takes the time to understand them to craft a bespoke and genuine petition. Despite the ever-growing hurdles confronting immigrants in the current climate, I found great assurances and support from Yalda's undeterred endeavour when I felt dejected. Yalda's professionalism, work ethics, and persistence is inspiring, they immensely motivated me to press on with both my immigration and my career, in the face of uncertain daunts. I am extremely grateful to have Yalda as my guide in this immigration journey, as well as the support of my friends and colleagues. I look forward to bearing witness to Yalda continuing ushering many more immigrants towards stability and success in the future!
