S. Alex Miller

This lawyer charged me consulting fee, took my case, charged me for the case and just a week before my hearing told me that he cannot represent me because he thinks "we" don't have a strong case. He then did not return me my consultation fee and ignored my calls. He just wanted the money, did not r...esearch and looked into my case properly. For Immigration matters he is not mature and did not pay attention to details. While with another less experienced attorney , I filed my case and won easily. Not Recommended.

Excellent service , very approachable and helpful he is one of the best lawyer . I applied for green card with my wife with different lawyer she was Chinese and the application was denied .
