I talked with George to assist with my NIW application. Initially, he expressed confidence in my eligibility for the program. However, once I hired him, communication became a significant issue. Despite my efforts to contact him via email and phone, it often took multiple attempts over several days t...o receive a response, if at all. After several weeks of follow-up, George connected me with another attorney in his office who was more responsive. They requested that I upload all required documents to a Google Drive folder, which I did promptly. However, it became apparent that none of my documents had been reviewed, and progress was slower than agreed upon. Although they assisted with the initial draft of recommendation letters, it took three months to discover that they had not been reviewed. Additionally, shortly after the new year, the attorney assisting me left the firm, and I was reassigned to a new attorney who exhibited a negative attitude and lacked social intelligence. This new attorney requested additional documents that had not been previously mentioned by the office, and when I requested a meeting with George to discuss these issues, they scheduled it without considering my availability. During the meeting, it became clear that none of the documents uploaded to Google Drive had been reviewed, despite being there for 3-4 months. I requested a thorough review of all documents and a reevaluation of my case, to which George agreed and promised to schedule a follow-up meeting within two days. However, two months passed without any communication from them. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism and lack of communication. I would not recommend hiring them under any circumstances.

We got to work immediately obtaining letters of support from friends and family and gathering required documentation from Salvadoran government agencies for Danny. We had expressed our desire to George to submit our application by the end of 2017. By mid-December, we had gathered the materials to submit the visa application and we celebrated this milestone by ringing in 2018 together in San Salvador. In mid-April, we received a Request for Evidence (RFE) from USCIS. The attorney’s response to the RFE was first-rate. He drafted an in-depth response that was carefully planned and executed. The response was thorough, well-organized, it included translations and substantiations of our case that went above and beyond USCIS’s original request. The petition was approved within a month after mailing the RFE response. Once again we started gathering documentation including the medical exam report that had to be submitted to the U.S. Embassy in El Salvador in preparation for Danny’s interview. Part of our contractual agreement with Ganey Law Group was a coaching session to prepare Danny for the interview. The preparation for the interview was extremely helpful. By the end of the interview, Danny felt confident that the visa was approved in large part due to his preparation. We are immensely grateful to George for his legal services in this process. George was sensitive to our concerns as a same sex couple. He addressed our questions without hesitation and he provided us with the reassurance that we needed throughout the process. Based on our experience, we enthusiastically endorse Ganey Law group’s immigration legal services.
