S. Alex Miller

We Initially contacted to Mr. Alex Miller to get consultation of my Husband's N400 case as USCIS did not make any decision after my husband passing of citizenship test. My husband was harassed during the citizenship interview by the DHS officer. Even after 120 days of him passing of citizenship test... we did not hear anything from USCIS. Mr. Miller advised us various options and one of them was to file lawsuit against USCIS. He answered all of our questions and explained everything so well that we decided to hire him and file Mandamus. Mr. Miller prepared and filed the Mandamus for my husband and USCIS approved his case within 14 days of filing lawsuit. Now my husband has already taken oath and has become US citizen. From that point on, things were smooth—minus one minor RFE, which they also handled without issue. They also made sure everything was coordinated properly between my personal immigration process and my work visa status, which could’ve easily gotten messy. Alex is knowledgeable, well-connected, never sugar-coating and transparent when he didn’t know something. He would follow up after researching or reaching out to contacts to get us answers.
