In 2012, I founded a law firm to help people who were being treated unfairly. Since then, we have grown and worked with individuals and businesses on disputes ranging from employment discrimination to police misconduct to disputes between neighbors.
In general, our firm, The Erlich Law Office, pursues discrimination, wage, civil rights, constitutional, and general litigation. We handle matters from intake to conclusion, whether that is settlement, judgment, or another result.

Practice areas
A very large percentage of our employment practice is focused on discrimination cases, including race, gender, national origin, age, and disability discrimination. We handle these cases from the initial human resources complaint stages through federal litigation.
