Dishonest and thief
I hired mr. shearer as my attorney to represent me in my custody case. I gave him a huge 1 time fee for the whole case but after a month he went missing with my money. Till this day, i still have not gotten 1 penny back. Instead of writing out all the details, he is suspended for 3 years from the VA ...
