Workman's Compensation Claim

I highly recommend Mr. Bosta and his staff to assist someone with their worker's compensation claim. I was injured while working for a multimillion dollar company. Bosta guided me through the process every step, explained things, responded immediately, made time for me, and ultimately, obtained a gre...at settlement on my behalf. An attorney that is on your side

Bryan Bosta is a very professional and straight forward lawyer who gets results that is beneficial to the client. He handled my case with the upmost importance, and made me feel that he had my best interest at heart. I was injured on the job and retained the services of Mr. Bosta to help me underst...and the ins and out of a workers comp case, and what my entitlements were. After a year of being out of work, and six months of not being paid my workers comp by the company, Mr. Bosta fought to expedite a settlement to help with my financial hardship. If not for the strenuous work he and his staff applied to my case, my wife, daughter and I would have been evicted from our home. I would definitely recommend Mr. Bosta and staff, to anyone who is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, determined, and understanding lawyer.

Brayn versus corporate America

I recommend Bryan he took on a huge company that tried to everything possible to get out of medical treatment I needed and paying my compensation that I was entitled by law. He took care of that problem immediately. I couldn't return to my job because of my injury so he had to go to the next level w...itch was compensation. It took awhile because I didn't think the company was offered enough and Bryan got little impatience but still didn't try to influence my decision to wait. He was very efficient thru the hole process.

Very pleased with the level of service

I wanted to share my positive experience working with Bryan Bosta. I was injured and was looking for a local attorney. Bryan and his legal assistant Alex were always responsive to my queries, looked after my interest and handled my case with great care. This was my first time being involved in a... personal injury case and really had no clue what was expected of me and what the process would entail. Bryan provided me with a great deal of information and peace of mind. I knew from day one that he was out there working on my behalf.
