Highly recommended

I worked with Bryan Bosta in 2019 on a Workers Compensation Claim. My previous attorney had worked several months on my case without any progress. After gathering the facts, within six months Bryan was able to settle my case for substantially more than first offered from the insurance company. Thr...ough the whole process Bryan kept me updated about any changes to my case, and when I phoned his office, a return call came within hours, not days like past experiences with other attorneys. Bryan diligently and successfully pursued everything entitled to me in accordance with current laws. Wonderful experience!

Two years being out on workers compensation was difficult to say the least but if it wasn’t for Bryan Bosta and ESPECIALLY his paralegal Andrea Clavijo I wouldn’t have gotten my case settled. Initially I was calling around to many lawyers in the DC Area and many weren’t really sure if I had a case. A...ndrea was very professional and to the point from the beginning filing the right paperwork so that I was able to get backpay for the insurance adjusters errors, continuing pay every week, insurance paid for my surgeries, my PT, and doctors visits and medications. I was able to see a doctor in my state since I moved during the process and not to mention was pregnant at the time of the injury so they were willing to work around what I was comfortable with. Of course there is stress involved but I never once had to speak with the insurance company after obtaining Mr. Bosta as my lawyer and also never was forced to settle they were open to me about my options and listened to what I wanted as well. They were extremely professional and didn’t beat around the bush and I could tell Andrea would only mention things I needed to know so it didn’t add more stress to my situation. Very happy with the outcome and their services throughout the entire process. Huge thanks to Andrea Clajivo for always answering my questions and keeping me updated when need be. If your second guessing giving them a call don’t hesitate they will give you great advice and will be up front about your case!

Worker's Compensation Issue

In January of this year I contacted Mr. Bosta and his office concerning my work related injury. I met with his paralegal to start and give the information for intake. I wanted to protect my rights concerning my injury. Mr. Bosta and his staff kept me well informed on the progress of the case as well... as help me with issues that I did not know were covered, such as being paid mileage reimbursement for attending physical therapy. Janet, his paralegal, gave me a timeline of what will occur and in what order. They kept me from bouncing all over the board . The items were kept in a chronological order. He and his staff were accessible and responded within a 24 hour timeframe which I feel is reasonable since I did not know what other cases were on their schedule at the same time. In meeting one on one with Mr. Bosta , the meeting was direct and to the point. He had a good understanding on the items before we met , he was well informed and up to date. He offered several choices as to the road to follow and potential results of those items. He is well informed and knows his area of law outstanding. I recommend his services to anyone who needs a workers compensation issue. He will give you good advice so you make a good decision. He is up to date on items as I noted and gives clear easy to understand paths to follow. He and his staff give you honest and realistic answers. They will work with you and for you to make sure that you are protected in your rights .
