Great workers comp attorney

I have to say that the Workers Comp legal team at Becker, Kellogg & Berry are top notch. From working with Bryan Bosta to having day to day communications with Janet and Lisa. I felt like I had made the right decision going with this law firm. At no point during the entire process did they leave me i...n the dark about my case and when it came down to the time of settlement they worked right up to the end to get me exactly what I felt I was needing. I would highly recommend this team to handle your workers comp case. Kudos to Janet and Lisa for working so hard to keep me sane during the entire process working with workers comp insurance is a job that needs to be left up to the pros at Becker, Kellogg and Berry. Thanks for a great job.

Kindness beyond comprehension

There are not enough words in the English language to describe the overwhelming kindness that I received from Bryan's paralegal, Janet. I’m a resident of PA, but I needed legal counsel in VA. I did a simple google search and found a few places and listed amongst them was Becker, Kellogg & Berry a...nd after reading a few reviews I gave them a call. When I called I gave a brief overview of my workers comp case and was transferred to Janet. After hearing about my heartbreaking predicament Janet was on it and said that she would get back to me. This was not the only place that I called. I contacted 5 other law firms who turned me down after listening to the brief synopsis of my case. But not Janet, she worked tirelessly to find a loophole, searching through the fine print of my case, keeping in contact with me, and calling around to other law firms in different states to see if there was another angle. There is such a stigma around lawyers that I was nervous to even have a conversation with her about my case, but she was so helpful and reassuring that it took a huge weight off my shoulders. The other firms in the area were so dismissive that I will admit that I knew it was a long shot, but Janet had somehow given me this sense of calm and faith that she would be able to help me in some way. After talking to several people and to Bryan, unfortunately it turned out that Bryan would not be able to help me with my particular case. I really appreciated Bryan’s honesty and asked if he would be able to at least help me through negotiations to which he responded no because he didn’t want to me to lose out on any money that may be rewarded to me. Talk about an honest lawyer huh? However, my experience with Becker, Kelloog & Berry didn’t stop there. Janet was honestly my saving grace in a tragic situation and although they were not able to represent me Janet was there to hold my hand and guide me through what probably seemed like the dumbest most obvious questions. I called her on multiple occasions throughout the process of negotiations and she was able to help me with some things that I just didn’t think to do….sometimes it was as simple as her saying to me,” You know it’s ok to call them and just ask.” More often than not I found myself calling Janet just to gain some reassurance. Like I said, the law can be extremely intimidating to someone who doesn’t understand it and who only really knows the Hollywood version of a lawyer. Janet was on this journey with me now and sometimes the conversations were just us laughing about my insanity (over my dumb little questions or things we did) but she always took the time for my calls (she even took and after hours call from me) despite the fact that the firm couldn't help me and that meant more to me than money could ever buy. I knew that there was SOMEONE who had my back and was cheering me on even though I felt completely void of hope. I never even got to see this woman’s face but I could pick that voice up in a crowd in an instant. She calmed my nerves and held my hand at every step when she very easily could have done what the other law firms had done and simply said, “I’m sorry we will not be taking this case.” Like I said, there are not enough words to describe my gratitude towards this wonderful human. She touched my life and I will never forget the kindness that she showed me. I know that there are people out there that Janet will be able to help, but I also know that she will be there standing by your side putting her best foot forward no matter what. Thank you Janet for all that you did for me.

Highly recommended

I worked with Bryan Bosta in 2019 on a Workers Compensation Claim. My previous attorney had worked several months on my case without any progress. After gathering the facts, within six months Bryan was able to settle my case for substantially more than first offered from the insurance company. Thr...ough the whole process Bryan kept me updated about any changes to my case, and when I phoned his office, a return call came within hours, not days like past experiences with other attorneys. Bryan diligently and successfully pursued everything entitled to me in accordance with current laws. So happy!

If I could rate 100 starts I would. Bryan Bosta represented me in a workers comp case. His paralegal, Janet, was truly incredible. I had 9837693 questions all the time and she was happy to answer anything and everything. Whenever I was not being treated the way I should be by the insurance company, t...hey would act swiftly to get a resolution. In the end, I was offered a settlement and Mr. Bosta worked hard to get me an amount that I was truly grateful for. I would recommend Bryan and Janet to my closest friends and family.
