Superior in settling my workers comp case.

Bryan and his assistant Janet handled my case in a very professional manner and because of the sensitivity of it, they were very personable, caring, understanding and supportive. They were able to get the insurance company to do what I could not on my own. I highly recommend them.

Amazing Attorney

Let me start off by first say, Bryan Bosta in my opinion is the BEST atourney in the DMV. I first met Bryan back in the beginning of 2013. I was badly injured on the job and Bryan took my case on full speed, knowing it may not be easy! However, with his amazing expertise and his great team I won my ...case, only too have it appealed, but Bryan had no doubt we would/ he would win that as well, and he did! Thanks too this Awesome and knowledgeable attorney I was awarded my case. It's been a long battle, still having too fight for things but I honestly couldn't stay focused and strong on myself if I didn't have this AMAZING man on my side as my attorney too handle the things that need fighting for. Bryan is always there too answer every call, every email, every question all the time.. If ever in need of an attorney, this is definitely the man too call. He will fight for you till the end. VA Workers Compensation Slip and Fall

Bryan is a very good with communication and making things clear upfront . He responds to all his emails and is very a very diligent, knowledgeable, and respectful lawyer. He's a no nonsense lawyer. So far so good Brayn. I hired Bryan after firing Kevin Ruby from Portner and Shure legal team. What a w...ise decision at my part. I can now rest assured my lawyer specializes in Va. Workers Compensation Cases and I have faith Bryan will fight for me to the fullest and that I get what I legally deserve under Va law. Review on Brian (Workers Compensation Lawyer) and Alex (Paralegal).

Brian is a very good lawyer. If you have a Workman's Compensation case, I strongly recommend him. He will listen to what you have to say about your case. He will gather all the facts, and will explain what he can do for your case. Before going to Brian I had another lawyer who had made so many mistak...es and the communication was very poor. Brian came into the picture and took my case. I received all the back wages with penalty. He knows his material and always does what is right on your behalf. Alex, the paralegal that works along with Brian, is a very good communicator and a good listener. They always respond to phone calls as well as emails. You can count on them to fight your case.
