Worker's Compensation Issue

In January of this year I contacted Mr. Bosta and his office concerning my work related injury. I met with his paralegal to start and give the information for intake. I wanted to protect my rights concerning my injury. Mr. Bosta and his staff kept me well informed on the progress of the case as well... as help me with issues that I did not know were covered, such as being paid mileage reimbursement for attending physical therapy. Janet, his paralegal, gave me a timeline of what will occur and in what order. They kept me from bouncing all over the board . The items were kept in a chronological order. He and his staff were accessible and responded within a 24 hour timeframe which I feel is reasonable since I did not know what other cases were on their schedule at the same time. In meeting one on one with Mr. Bosta , the meeting was direct and to the point. He had a good understanding on the items before we met , he was well informed and up to date. He offered several choices as to the road to follow and potential results of those items. He is well informed and knows his area of law outstanding. I recommend his services to anyone who needs a workers compensation issue. He will give you good advice so you make a good decision. He is up to date on items as I noted and gives clear easy to understand paths to follow. He and his staff give you honest and realistic answers. They will work with you and for you to make sure that you are protected in your rights .

Bryan Bosta -Top Notch Lawyer

My work related accident left me with a lot of stress, questions and uncertainty following two major surgeries over 3 years. I contacted several local law firms before I finally found Bryan G. Bosta, Esquire with Becker, Kellogg & Berry, P.C. in Springfield VA. They were very prompt and profession...al. Since living several hours away, we communicated via phone, email, and they treated me as if I were right there in the office. Janet his paralegal absolutely was a top-notch person too. I decided to hire them for my case and I have not had ANY disappointments. Both Bryan and Janet kept in touch with me at all times to keep me up to speed on the case. When I went to visit at their office for further consultation and to meet the individuals in person that I have been working with, the atmosphere and the way they greeted me made me feel like a very important client and took consideration for any conditions I had at the time. After the meeting, they contacted me as needed and got back to me very quickly if I had any questions. Everything since then has been smooth and it is great to have all that stress alleviated off my shoulders. Excellent Expertee.

Let me introduce to you Atty Bryan G. Bosta & Paralegal Janet Hollins, excellent at what they do. my injury case dated way back Feb. 2013, then another incident of 2014 with same employer which required a hearing. an atty Barrera few months into the case got bullied with a questionnaire to my Doctor... by defense attorney, a mistake caused and of course the complication of the case he did not know how to handle it i guess and dropped the case. i vividly recollect him say "who will win this case" as he throw the questionnaire to my face.Next was Atty.Eric Wiener who was a nightmare, did not touch the file a whole month since accepted the case. File found exactly where it was placed when i sent it. Office assistant very rude and no knowledge whatsoever. My daughter by God's mercies and direction found the wonderful paralegal Janet Hollins, full of patience, she listened to what i had to say. She instantly knew what could be done even before atty. Bosta was brought in. An excellent experience with Atty. Bosta, young & aggressive with his paralegal Janet Hollins who brought my case to success, a case declared useless and meaningless by other so called attorneys. Atty Bosta, Janet Hollins are Five Star team, efficient and excellent. You need an attorney, i present to you Bryan G. Bosta, be happy.

Awesome ATTORNEY

Attorney is seriously HEAVEN-SENT. My mom was fired unexpectedly from work after she was injured during the course of her work. It was really hard finding an attorney that would take on the case but Attorney Bosta confidently took the case and assured us everything would be fine. Attorney Bosta is me...ticulous, took time to communicate the odds of the case to my mother and I and kept us informed every step of the way.
