Highly recommended

I worked with Bryan Bosta in 2019 on a Workers Compensation Claim. My previous attorney had worked several months on my case without any progress. After gathering the facts, within six months Bryan was able to settle my case for substantially more than first offered from the insurance company. Thr...ough the whole process Bryan kept me updated about any changes to my case, and when I phoned his office, a return call came within hours, not days like past experiences with other attorneys. Bryan diligently and successfully pursued everything entitled to me in accordance with current laws. I highly recommend Attorney Bryan Bosta for his outstanding people skills and aggressiveness in pursuing a positive outcome in a difficult case.

So happy!

If I could rate 100 starts I would. Bryan Bosta represented me in a workers comp case. His paralegal, Janet, was truly incredible. I had 9837693 questions all the time and she was happy to answer anything and everything. Whenever I was not being treated the way I should be by the insurance company, t...hey would act swiftly to get a resolution. In the end, I was offered a settlement and Mr. Bosta worked hard to get me an amount that I was truly grateful for. I would recommend Bryan and Janet to my closest friends and family. What a dream team!

No nonsense with perfect touch of compassion

I don’t really know where to start because my experience was so amazing . However, I’ll start by saying that from the very moment I spoke with Lisa Basista I knew I was in good hands. I was scared and broken spirited from a work related injury . Piece by piece like a puzzle Lisa worked diligently mar...rying the elements of my case with my healing process. If you want a caring atmosphere with a team of competent and willing legal minds BECKER , KELLOGG AND BERRY is definitely where you want to be. I had days of sadness due to my work related injury and I’d just email Lisa and ask for a word of encouragement. She always came back with words that filled my heart and gave me a boost to fight a little bit longer. at the end of each email she’d write (SMILE) so I did .. The process was smooth , and informative and their level of professionalism and compassion played a huge role. Lastly, I just want to say thank you to each one of you . I have found my way back and I owe a great deal of my peace and optimism to a awesome team of paralegals ,Lisa and Janet and a determined no nonsense Attorney by the name of Brian Bosta ! Wonderful experience!

Two years being out on workers compensation was difficult to say the least but if it wasn’t for Bryan Bosta and ESPECIALLY his paralegal Andrea Clavijo I wouldn’t have gotten my case settled. Initially I was calling around to many lawyers in the DC Area and many weren’t really sure if I had a case. A...ndrea was very professional and to the point from the beginning filing the right paperwork so that I was able to get backpay for the insurance adjusters errors, continuing pay every week, insurance paid for my surgeries, my PT, and doctors visits and medications. I was able to see a doctor in my state since I moved during the process and not to mention was pregnant at the time of the injury so they were willing to work around what I was comfortable with. Of course there is stress involved but I never once had to speak with the insurance company after obtaining Mr. Bosta as my lawyer and also never was forced to settle they were open to me about my options and listened to what I wanted as well. They were extremely professional and didn’t beat around the bush and I could tell Andrea would only mention things I needed to know so it didn’t add more stress to my situation. Very happy with the outcome and their services throughout the entire process. Huge thanks to Andrea Clajivo for always answering my questions and keeping me updated when need be. If your second guessing giving them a call don’t hesitate they will give you great advice and will be up front about your case!
