I worked with Dr. Mangmang Cai for reviewing my I-485 package for my EB-1B application. Mangmang’s firm is the second firm I hired after my first very popular firm refunded me half money I paid as a approval guarantee contract (during my search many firms also rejected me before I hired the first firm). The first firm saw my documents and they thought that my case is difficult and the f...irm doesn’t want to ruin their approval rate because my boss didn’t put my name in many papers published so they refunded.
