Here's a look at my approval timeline: 2022.10: Submitted NIW ...2023.2 : NIW I-140 approved in just 4 months. I used the NIW I-140 to secure the priority date. In 2024, I consulted Dr. Zhang for an evaluation of my case to explore the possibility of applying for EB1A. She offered practical advice to strengthen and enhance my case. In January 2025, I reached out for another evaluation, and after reviewing my materials, Dr. Zhang promptly advised proceeding with the application. 2025.2. Submitted EB1A 2025.4 : EB1A approved through the premium processing (PP) service. 2025.5 : Submitted I-485 2025.6 : Completed fingerprinting for I-485 2025.8 : I-485 approved. I accomplished everything within half a year, exceeding my expectations. I owe a great deal of gratitude to Dr. Zhang for her strategic case analysis and letter writing. I am also incredibly thankful to Xiao Yang for her timely communication, coordination, and meticulous work in organizing my materials.
