Absolutely Aweful experience
As a company owner, it’s ansoultely that I decided to use him as the attorney for my employees H1B application. His asssistants were not good at English and disclosed my company’s confidential information after I repeated told her not to. After 5 month, our case of a H1B transfer was denied because n...
It is unfortunate that this H-1B application was denied. As we have with more than 1,000 clients since New Weiming was established, we work closely with all of our clients throughout the petition process to help them succeed. That's why we have one of the best approval rates in the business - near 100%. As with all cases, there are many variables involved, including those we cannot control. When challenges arise, however, we always offer to remedy the situation. We offered to help prepare and resubmit a modified H-1B application for this client with a discounted fee and we provided additional advice to the beneficiary and family members with no fee. This is not the standard in the industry - we provide these benefits because we are dedicated to our client's needs. Regarding this case and similar ones, we should clarify the following: (1) the USCIS scrutinizes H-1B applications more than before. In fact, published data shows that the denial rates for H-1B applications increased significantly in 2017; (2) legally there is no H-1B "transfer"; in this case, the beneficiary is currently not in H-1B visa status; (3) we did not disclose any confidential information. Moreover, the company owner almost never contacted us while the beneficiary contacted us several times a day. We are obliged to inform the basic H-1B requirements, including timeline, to the beneficiary; and, (4) My "assistants" actually hold Ph.D. and Master's degrees from highly reputable universities in the United States. Finally, we pride ourselves on the extra care we take with our non-native English speaking clients to ensure their materials are correct and meet USCIS' standards.

We visited this office for legal advice on visa switch/green card issues. Even the organization of his "office" had nothing to do with a serious law firm. Furthermore he had not done his homework as he was advising without having read our case (type of visas we had, conditions etc). Furthermore he ad...
