It is unfortunate that this H-1B application was denied. As we have with more than 1,000 clients since New Weiming was established, we work closely with all of our clients throughout the petition process to help them succeed. That's why we have one of the best approval rates in the business - near 100%. As with all cases, there are many variables involved, including those we cannot control. When challenges arise, however, we always offer to remedy the situation.
