If you're like me and like to avoid the topics of dying and death, but think it's time to do the right thing and estate plan with a competent attorney, Emily should be your go to. She is prompt, friendly, detail-oriented and truly makes the process easy. We met first over Zoom to meet-and-greet a...nd do a needs assessment. In that meeting she was able to recommend a solid estate plan and way forward. She was also able to easily get enough information from our conversation to build us drafts, which were sent via the mail for review. Then we reviewed the drafts altogether over Zoom, made final edits and an appointment to sign in person in Mclean. At signing we walked away with all of our documents in a nice binder and homework to make sure all of our accounts reflected the agreed upon plans. It was that easy. And she was competitive on pricing versus some of the bigger firms in the area, but gave us 1:1 attention. This process was so pleasant that we put it in our holiday card as a highlight of the year.
