Very knowledgeable and experienced

Emily Sripinyo with Aaron Christoff Law firm is a lawyer “brand” that does not need advertising. I had to transition attorneys in my outrageously complicated divorce process, and she picked up my case several days before a motion day (motion to compel) and PL hearing. She negotiated with brilliance b...oth cases. I received the best deal of temporary spousal support. She won multiple motions (motion to continue, motion to sanction, etc.) that we had during the case. It does not matter who is the opposing counsel: an experienced lawyer with 50 years of experience or the lawyer with titles as “Super Lawyer Rising Star,” “Top 10 Best Family Attorneys”, “Top 100 in Virginia for Family Law,” Ms. Sripinyo will win or negotiate the best deal for you. During 8 hours trial, she zealously fought my interests. I am very satisfied with her high level of professionalism in handling my case. She conducted three depositions of parties and non-party of the divorce case. Her ability to ask questions and reveal contradictions is unparalleled. Her knowledge and experience in family law are incomparable. She is easy to work with and she always quickly answers any questions regarding the case. She is unquestionably a special talent, a true “gem” as a lawyer as well as a great person.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
