I acquired Ms Hubbard's family law expertise to modify custody (permitting an out of state move) and motion for child support. Ms. Hubbard was by far the best lawyer I'd hired throughout my divorce experience (my 4th). She was always well prepared for my hearings, had taken plenty of time to... listen, and knew the facts of my case to fairly represent me and achieve my desired outcomes avoiding a lengthy trial. She was very flexible, responsible and able to think outside of the box. She was not intimidated by opposing counsel and fought equally hard with facts, law, and reason. She knows the Fairfax county legal system and judges very well and was able to think dynamically in pre trial hearings. I always felt she had my family's best interests at heart and never felt like just another client in the process. She provided fanatastic counseling referrals willing to testify on behalf of my minor child if needed. The staff at Mulinowski & Hubbard are great too. They helped with the paperwork, assisted with follow up actions, and were extremely responsive. Pricing was a standard rate for what I experienced in Fairfax county.
