Jehad Ali

Jehad Ali is the founder and managing attorney of The Justice Advocate PLLC. He represents senior professionals, directors, and executives at the moments that define a career: an unexpected termination, a severance offer with a deadline attached, or retaliation for reporting wrongdoing.

Before founding the firm, Jehad spent 12 years in federal service, including leading an EEO program at the U.S. Department of Labor. Jehad reviews and negotiates severance agreements, separation packages, and release terms for senior and executive-level employees, including GS-15 and SES federal executives.
