Currently going through a divorce with children involved. My divorce was due to infidelity on my wife's part and desertion. Needless to say I was very much out of my realm and needed a good attorney. My Ex and I were able to resolve the custody without using our attorneys, but in regards to the sett...lement side I needed an attorney to assist. Simply put my Ex wives attorney was top notch and Mr Olson seemed more concerned about his retainer account being up to his standard. Even with 3 thousand in the account they wanted more just in case of a possible trial several months out. I was dropped by Mr Olson during my negotiations with my Ex and her attorney. Just so I am clear here, we are not a wealthy family and the settlement was only about maybe 40-50k, mostly 401K. I was left high and dry and now looking for another attorney to finish off the settlement. IF you need someone to fight for you and to trust I would definitely look elsewhere.
