As an attorney at Calderón Seguin PLC, I fiercely advocate for my clients. I primarily practice immigration but also represent clients in various criminal, traffic, family, and civil matters in the Commonwealth of Virginia. My immigration practice covers a broad array of matters including waivers of inadmissibility, nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, family-sponsored petitions, employer-sponsored petitions, asylum applications, and other forms of relief from removal. I also represent clients in criminal matters such as DUI/DWI and drug charges as well as family law matters such as child custody/visitation disputes and divorce.
