I bet that everyone who gives this company a five-star rating is paid, their relatives, or their workers. James Reyes is one of the worst attorney that a person may stumble with in her life. This person only cares about money, and I don't think He is studying any case and are not prepared to defend ...any defendant. I had interview in uscis and He was afraid to come! After they stole all of my money He told me to withdraw my case because he couldn’t talk with uscis officer! (He was afraid of that), your case would be deny %100 if you hire him. I do not advise anyone to fall into their trap nor do I advise anyone to deal with them. I already lost about 10k for nothing!

She had a removal proceedings order, (deportation). We hired a previous attorney to file for her residency (green card) but he submitted the documents 3 months after her U-Visa expired. For that reason her residency was denied and received an order to appear before a judge to start the process to remove her from the country. We met with 4 attorneys before hiring James Reyes. They all said my moms case was very complicated and had never seen a case like hers and they had to do research and meet with others attorneys. The only way my mom could stay in the country was if she had young children who would suffer if she was deported, or if she had a citizen husband or parents. My mom had neither of those. One for the attorneys definitely told my mom to go back to her country because there was nothing she could do. We were desperate. We prayed and asked God to guide us to the attorney he had for us. James Reyes was the only attorney that gave us hope even though he knew her case was very complicated. He said he was going to fight our case but only a miracle could keep my mom in the country. James Reyes immediately started working on her case and requested a U-Visa extension. We didn’t know if they were going to extend her visa since 2 years had passed. Thanks to God and to the knowledge of Reyes her U-Visa was extended, her deportation was cancelled and her residency was approved in less than a year.
