Ryan Matthew Probasco

I chose Pikrallidas & Associates between 2 law firms that I contacted. They were easy to communicate with, relating terms and options to a serious traffic violation charge. Ryan Probasco is a confident, knowledgeable attorney who was respectful to my time and my interests. As counsel, he advised t...hat we not settle with the Prosecutor's offer, and move to a trial instead. Trial date brought two subpoenaed witnesses and a prosecutor unwilling to reduce the charge to my satisfaction. Mr. Probasco successfully argued with the Prosecutor, prior to Trial, that our case to dismiss was relevant. The Prosecutor then reduced the charges, which resulted in zero points and assignment of court costs. We accepted. After reviewing and accepting the amended charges, the Trial Judge offered a simple summary statement to Mr. Probasco - "Well done". I agree! The Pikrallidas law firm proved in action, what I perceived in advance. I highly recommend both the firm and the attorney.

After my car accident I was extremely worried about being compensated. Ryan explained to me the steps that I needed to take to get paid. They were in constant communication about status of my case. They know how to do their job and insurance companies always try to people if they are 0% at fault. ... Its an intimidating process and took longer than expected, however Ryan was there all the way through. It took much longer than I expected to get paid(over a year), but his the steps allowed me to get paid off in the end. His negotiation skills worked very well and every time I wanted to settle he told me it was a low offer. This paid off in the end with a substantially higher offer at the end of the time period. I was doubtful to use a lawyer at first, but after this experience I 100% recommend it to anyone who is in a car accident. Ryan offered outstanding service and results, which is why I am reviewing him here.

Mr. Probasco was able to get my controlled substance charges dropped in Fairfax County. He proved that the police did not have probable cause to stop my vehicle and had in fact acted irrationally in immediately pulling me out of the car. He was also able to prove that they did not have reasonable sus...picion to seize and search my locked cellphone or open the trunk of my car to find a small amount of a controlled substance. He worked tirelessly to advocate for me, constantly pressing the lawyers until their fabricated story fell apart in court. Not only did he get the charges dropped, he also advised me on how best to be safe and what personal practices I needed to drastically change to prevent future legal situations. He also helped clarify some of my false beliefs about Virginia State laws. My experience with Mr. Probasco wasn't just simple resolution of a case, but really the foundation of a new attorney-client relationship. I have spoken highly of him to any of my friends that were aware of my legal situation and look forward to consulting with him on future legal matters.
