Mr. Ryan Probasco was very helpful, knowledgeable, and simply an amazing negotiator. His talent kept me out of jail!!! I'll repeat, HIS TALENT KEPT ME OUT OF JAIL!!! The Prosecutor then reduced the charges, which resulted in zero points and assignment of court costs. We accepted. Mr. Probasco was able to get my controlled substance charges dropped in Fairfax County. He proved that the police did not have probable cause to stop my vehicle and had in fact acted irrationally in immediately pulling me out of the car. He was also able to prove that they did not have reasonable sus...picion to seize and search my locked cellphone or open the trunk of my car to find a small amount of a controlled substance. He worked tirelessly to advocate for me, constantly pressing the lawyers until their fabricated story fell apart in court. Not only did he get the charges dropped, he also advised me on how best to be safe and what personal practices I needed to drastically change to prevent future legal situations. He also helped clarify some of my false beliefs about Virginia State laws.
